Le Vigne di Raito a Londra con Slow Food
Le Vigne di Raito sarà presente a Londra l'11 marzo all'evento organizzato da Slow Food con il suo Ragis Rosso 07
www.horticultural-halls.co.uk
Slow Food would like to invite you to the launch of its UK phone app for the new Slow Wine 2011 guide 11 March 2011 11.30am-8.00pm The Lawrence Hall, Royal Horticultural Halls, London
To mark this special occasion, we shall be staging an exclusive tasting of over 100 wines from 50 Italian producers awarded in the guide with the snail symbol for vineyard and cellar work in line with the Slow Food philosophy.
11.30 am - 4.00 pm: tasting for press and members of the trade only (there will be a short presentation of the new guide at 12.00pm)
4.00 pm – 8.00 pm: tasting will be open to the public as well as to press and trade
Slow Wine 2011 is the first guide to Italian wines published exclusively by Slow Food, and it adopts a new approach to evaluating wine that looks beyond just the liquid in the glass to take into account ethical and environmental values as well. Packed with news, facts and figures, the guide focuses on small- to medium-scale, artisan producers and introduces many up-and-coming wineries, with a special emphasis on those that adopt a natural approach and/or are most closely linked to their respective terroirs.
